Fenny Castle Vineyard - Single Barrel Craft Cider

This is our super premium craft cider. Each year we select the best barrel of cider to be reserved and aged for a secod year in the barrel to produce our Single Barrel cider. The extended ageing in American oak barrels softens the acidity and tannin and brings complexity and depth to the cider. It is rare to find a cider with this level of maturty. The strength is 6.5 % abv.
