Featherstone Bread - Organic Wholemeal Sourdough Boule

Hand made using a natural leaven rather than added yeast and slowly fermented to make a beautiful nutritious sourdough boule. Unlike most commercial bread I only use flour, water and sea salt.
This loaf is made using stoneground, organic wholemeal flour giving you a nutritious, healthy loaf.
