Errington Cheese - Corra Linn

Corra Linn is a ewes milk hard cheese made in a similar style to cheddar with traditional rennet. Corra Linn is aged for 12months to over two years in traditional muslin cheese cloth in our maturing rooms and won Best Scottish Cheese at last years World Cheese Awards. It is a good addition to any cheese board or great for use in cooking as a substitute to parmesan.
