Ecoworks - Nettles

These nettles are picked a few hours before the collection from Ecoworks Community garden in the centre of the St.Anns allotments so out of the way of pollution and dog walkers, and grown to permaculture and organic principles too. We use them in much the same way as spinach, simply blanch for a couple of minutes in boiling water and put into cold water and squeeze out.
