Perennial kale growing to large shrub size (2m high, 5+m wide)! Hardly ever flowers, so is long lived - the mother plant that these are grown from is 9 years old. Purple tinged stems.
Mild flavour. Younger, smaller leaves are good raw or cook the larger leaves.
