Cavendish Cooks - Serving Sizes

For most main dishes our customers tell us that they serve 2 modest appetites with side dish(es) or 1 generous appetite. Or a supper and then light lunch the next day ?
Our puddings will serve two (although we've heard they're so utterly irrestible that one person can actually make one pudding disappear in one sitting)
