Stewing meat is generally diced shoulder, neck fillet, shank, or breast. Stewing is a simple, time-honoured way to extract maximum flavour and tenderness out of those cuts that would otherwise be tough and disappointing.
Lamb stew is a British and Irish classic think Lancashire hot pot and Irish stew.

Our lamb is certified 100% pasture raised by Pasture Fed Livestock Association. We grow our lamb slowly, only ever feeding a diet of grass for the entirety of their lives, they take a little longer to finish but
the maturity of our lamb creates a richer depth of flavour and marbling.
