The ultimate Sunday roast our 1/2 Leg of lamb on the bone is tender, rich, and deeply satisfying delicious. It's a show-stopping joint that not only tastes amazing but looks sensational on the table too. Leaving the bone in adds extra flavour during roasting, as well as allowing the bone marrow to melt into your roasting tray and form the basis for an equally show-stopping gravy.
Certified 100% pasture raised by Pasture Fed Livestock Association we grow our lamb slowly, only ever feeding a diet of grass for the entirety of their lives, they take a little longer to finish.
The maturity of our lamb creates a richer depth of flavour and marbling than you find in younger lamb.
