Castle screen Farm - Grassfed Dexter Beef Topside

Our Dexter Topside is the classic Sunday roasting joint the perfect marriage of fine-grained texture and intense flavour. It's a lean and tender cut taken from the long, inner muscle of the cow's thigh. Topside can be cooked as a roast and left pink in the middle or even be slow cooked to melt in the mouth tenderness. And the leftovers are perfect cold for sandwiches.

Our Dexter beef is also high in beta-carotene, vitamin E, catalase, glutathione, and superoxide dismutase, which are all good anti-oxidants.
