From Finca Mama Delia in the Metapán region of El Salvador comes this fantastic sweet and balanced Honey processed coffee, which is versatile as an espresso based drink or as a filter or Aeropress to eventuate the citrus notes.
The Coffee cherries are hand picked , sorted and partially depulped before beginning a 24 hour fermentation process. Following this they are washed and dried on raised beds before being hulled and exported to us!
