Smoked and kiln roasted rainbow trout - which has a delicate subtle flavour, is an alternative to smoked salmon. It also makes a delicious paté.

In 2019 the Kiln roasted trout won a prestigious 3 star award from the Guild of Fine Food.
With an initial entry of over 12,000 products, our trout was in the top 200, 3 star category and was served as part of the finalists celebratory dinner in Park Lane, London. An amazing accolade for a cottage industry in the far North of Scotland..
