As a wine, it is bright, clean and goddamned delicious. It glides over the tongue before bursting into a juicy tango of full intense flavour & desire.
Filling the mouth with its impressive entry, it relaxes back into a long dry finish. Equally good accompanying a meal or as an aperitif, it goes well with beef, seafood and pizza - it is very adaptable - and moreish!
