Bambú (Living Sustainably) - Organic Brown Rice

This long-grain Organic Brown Rice is nutritious, fibre-rich, and chewy. When cooked, it stays firm and it is suitable for most western and Indian recipes as well as it makes a fine side dish.
Cooking tips: only the hull has been removed leaving natural bran layer intact, so it takes longer to cook than the standard white rice because the outer layer is harder.
Cooking time is around 40 minutes, use 1 part rice and 2 parts water.
Portion size: ~100g-150g per serving as a side dish.
