Alice's Garden - Membrillo

Made with quince grown on a friend’s plot, membrillo (quince paste) is a popular accompaniment to cheese, particularly in Spain. A slice of sweet, sticky membrillo compliments the saltiness of a mature, grainy Cheddar or Stilton. A perfect addition to the Christmas cheeseboard.

Ingredients: quince, sugar.
