Alice's Garden - Loganberry And Lemon Thyme Shrub

Made from loganberries (blackberry x raspberry) infused with lemon thyme, both grown on my allotment, this traditional drinking vinegar makes a refreshing summer cooler when diluted with sparkling water, or added to your tipple of choice to make a delicious cocktail. The sharp vinegar notes recede as the shrub matures.

Ingredients: loganberries, apple cider vinegar, sugar, lemon thyme infusion.
