The Carolina Reaper chilli is one of the hottest chillies around, with a reading of about 2 million on the Scoville scale.
This scorchingly hot sauce is made with Reapers grown on my allotment and is not for the faint hearted. If you like it hot (and some do!), this is the sauce for you.

Ingredients: Carolina Reaper chillies, tomatoes, apple juice, *distilled malt vinegar, onion, sugar, garlic.
