Alice's Garden - Gooseberry And Elderflower Gin

A fruity liqueur made from gooseberries grown on my allotment along with foraged elderflowers, which have been steeped in gin over six months to extract maximum flavour. Delightful on its own as a digestif or mixed with bubbly to make a cocktail.

Ingredients: gooseberry and elderflower infused gin, sugar.
