Alice's Garden - Elderflower Cordial

A light, delicately floral cordial, with the distinctive flavour of elderflowers foraged from the hedgerows around my allotment. Dilute to taste with still or sparkling water for a refreshing summer drink.

Ingredients: Elderflowers, sugar, citric acid.
