Alice's Garden - Blackcurrant, Bay And Lemon Thyme Shrub

Made with blackcurrants grown on my allotment and white wine vinegar, this refreshing drink is infused with fresh bay and lemon thyme. Dilute with still or sparkling water and plenty of ice for a long summer cooler, or as to your favourite tipple to make a fruity cocktail.
The acidity will recede as the shrub matures.

Ingredients: blackcurrants, sugar, white wine vinegar, bay & lemon thyme infusion.
