Valleyview farm is a small farm between Riverstick and Carrigaline, owned and run by Jason and Helga Bryan with the help of their children. Initially growing potatoes to supply local markets all year round, we then started to grow seasonal vegetables on a small scale to supplement sales from our honesty hut situated at our farm gate. We grow these to a very high standard and are accredited to the Bord Bia, Origin Green standards. Sustainability is extremely important to us, every year we plant trees and wildflowers around the farm in increase biodiversity.
Dylan the eldest of the children at the age 11 began to keep a few hens, sales quickly expanded so in 2017 we built our first mobile hen house which ensures the hens have fresh pasture every day and allows them to roam freely, clucking and scratching as nature intended. We are fully registered to produce and pack eggs by the Department of agriculture, this ensures everything is done to the highest standards. After all happy hens equals tasty eggs!!
