We are a commercial wholesale bakery exclusively gluten-free. We produce a range of high quality cakes and bakes all of which are gluten-free with a range of vegan products too!
Our signature oat and organic fruit slices. millionaires shortbread and friands have brought joy to our customer community across the South-West. We've probably met you at the Frome Independent Market or you've picked up our cakes in Mells Community Shop.
We use the finest ingredients, local producers include Wyke Farms and Castlemead Poultry, many primary ingredients are organic and sustainably sourced through ethical providers like Essential Trading Co-operative. Our wholesale business operates on a zero-waste principle and all our packaging for retail is degradable, recyclable or compostable. We received two "Great-Taste Awards" in 2021 for our Millionaires and Choc-Ginger Friand.
We are ardent supporters of Somerset Farmers Markets who offer consumers access to local producers in the same way the Food Hub does and we are delighted to offer our cakes through this channel to consumers local to the Frome area.
