In 2017 we opened a small in-house bakery, it now creates the traybakes, breads and cakes served every day in all of our stores.
Anna, Gerard & their team make everything by hand, if they invited you round to theirs for a bit of craic they would serve up an adventure in food – the best of Ireland’s ingredients sprinkled with international flare.
