We produce seaweed products for the kitchen, our bespoke range of vegan sausage burger and pudding are made from our own homegrown wakame farm in Roaring Water bay. In addition we carry a full range of indigenous Irish Sea vegetables at competitive prices as a bulk trade producer. Other products include Nori tapenade, home produced kimchi, Tsukudani, Japanese miso, seaweed salads in season. As of 2021 we are also producing our own house miso cultured with organic barley koji from Japan and kept cool for 6 months to ferment, unpasteurized.
