We started Linton & Co. in 2015. and we are one of the only genuine Event Specialty Coffee & Brownie Companies in Scotland. We offer pop up cafes at events and longer term locations throughout Scotland.
From day one, we knew that a great cup of coffee and a decadent Brownie are one of the best combinations as a taste experience so in 2019 we added an online shop after numerous Brownie requests from happy customers. These are now available online to order and eat from the comfort of your own home. Sharing these Brownies over coffee with friends, family or co-workers are what this is all about and we hope you enjoy eating them as much as we enjoy making them.
We have an amazing menu all based around a secret family recipe, all hand baked by us using only the finest ingredients.
