Liam's Cakes is a business that focuses on providing a variety of freshly prepared cakes with the highest quality ingredients. My main passion is for my Raw Vegan Cakes and Gluten Free baked goods.
Raw Vegan Cakes - These are initially set in the freezer and consist of no added refined sugar, getting their sweetness from the natural sugars of the fruit or one of their countless other natural ingredients including Maca powder, Psyllium Seed Husks, Coconut Oil, Raw Cocoa (Kakao), Rice Malt Syrup and Beetroot Powder to name a few.
Raw Vegan Cake Descriptions:
Raspberry & Apricot Cream with Brazil Nuts, Cashews, Dates, Vanilla and a luscious squeeze of lemon
Minty Lime & Mango Tart with a ginger and almond crust, topped with fresh mint leaves and subtle droplets of mango cream
Peanut Butter & Banana Cream with an almond , maca powder and date base, then topped with extra peanut butter & 'very' subtle droplets of raspberry cream
Chocolate, Mixed Nuts & Coffee Cream with a walnut and almond base. Then topped with luscious melted choc sauce & subtle droplets of raspberry cream
My Gluten Free Baked Range - Since childhood, I have always had a passion for freshly baked brownies. This inspired to me to perfect a healthier alternative without sacrificing any flavour (made using unrefined coconut sugar & only the finest dark chocolate.)
In summary, Liam's Cakes are soft and velvety, topped with fresh fruit, baked from home in a musically infused kitchen, using locally sourced produce. I mix joy and melody into every cake making the perfect treat to brighten your day.
