Edible futures is an urban farm in Bristol that produces salad, herbs and vegetables for local markets. We distribute both through restaurants and through a community supported agriculture scheme called Salad Drop whereby members pay a subscription to get a freshly cut salad bag delivered off a local drop off point each week.
