This honey, from our own hives is 100% pure Irish honey. Our native Irish bees, gather nectar right through Spring and Summer across the County of Cork, from our farm in Carrigaline extending as far as the heather hills of West Cork. The variety of flowers and trees that the bees gather from (blackberry, clover, dandelion lime tree) to name a few, produces a honey with a complex, floral profile. We then use minimal processing methods to produce a honey that is raw, full of its natural health properties. Just as the bees intended.
