We are a family business who have been farmers for several generations. We grow gluten free oats on the Carse of Stirling. Thanks to our topography and farming techniques we were the first to show that gluten free oats can be grown in Scotland. Our heavy clay soils down on the Carse are an excellent matrix to grow nutritious oats. Carse ground grows great oats.
