We are a family business who have been farmers for several generations. We grow gluten free oats on the Carse of Stirling. Thanks to our topography and farming techniques we were the first to show that gluten free oats can be grown in Scotland. Our heavy clay soils down on the Carse are an excellent matrix to grow nutritious oats. Carse ground grows great oats.
We believe that good food can be produced in Scotland that is not only healthy and nutritious but also has a low impact on the environment. Our oats are tested at each step of their journey to ensure they stay gluten free from our farm to your table.
