This variety of our authentic Middle Eastern chilli paste has more herbs than the red chilli varieties but is just as versiltile.
It is made from a very specific and natural blend of herbs and spices with no oil, sugar, artificial additives or thickeners. It is made largely from red chilli peppers, garlic, salt and a mixture of fine dried herbs.
It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, it is also gluten and dairy free.

Paste: Use as paste to add as a seasoning to any dish; sauces, casseroles, curries etc. or even spread it on your sandwiches!
Rub: rub it onto poultry, meat or fish before cooking, or as a marinade for a deeper flavour.
Dressing: Loosen with oil or water and drizzle over salads or vegetables.
Dip: Mix with soured cream, yogurt or mayonnaise to make a spicy dip.
