Wookey Farm - Goat Chops/Cutlets (Frozen)

Goat meat is a delicious and healthy alternative to lamb or beef and very trendy! The chops are from our young stock so beautifully tender but smaller than the ones in the picture. Please note some weeks the packs will be frozen. Cook just like you would a lamb chop. Mixture of chops and cutlets - the cutlets have more bone so slightly cheaper.
