Organically grown red 'Alouette' potatoes. This variety is a good all-rounder suitable for roasting, baking, steaming, boiling and making chips and wedges. As a smooth-type potato it holds its shape and texture well when boiled or cooked in sauce so is ideal for stew or dauphinoise.
