Vallis Veg - Pak Choi Grown At Vallis Veg

A 200-300g portion of 2 heads of Pak Choi grown here at Vallis Veg. Pak Choi is a type of Chinese cabbage, it has delicious crunchy stems and tender leaves which can be steamed, tossed into stir fry's or added to soups. We can't get enough of it! Unfortunately neither can the slugs, we will select the best heads for Food Hub but you may come across the odd hole in the leaves!
