Punchy coriander. Do you love it or hate it? Microgreen coriander has a strong concentrated taste. Carrot and microgreen coriander soup is a favourite of mine, great with chicken and fresh on curries.

Coriander microgreens have a slightly lower concentration of vitamin C than an orange. Coriander microgreens contain very high levels of the carotenoids lutein/ zeaxanthin, violaxanthin and beta carotene, which are fat soluble antioxidants important for organ function and protecting cellular structures from damage.
