This Organic coffee is from the Altos farm and is located in Copan, on the second-highest mountain in Honduras. (1860 masl)
It’s 24 hectares of Catuai is harvested from December through to February with shipments in April. Only Organic methods are used on the farm, making the fight against leaf-rust a tough job for the owner Carlos Paz Sevilla. A zesty bright coffee with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla & hint of zesty nectarine. Best suited for V60, Aeropress & Cold Brew.
