Tipico - Sundried Tomatoes

Sundried tomatoes are made by slicing ripe tomatoes into large pieces, then sprinkled with sea salt to preserve their nutritional values and kept in the sun from four to ten days.

They are delicious as a started, sliced in sandwhiches, chopped in salads or in a pasta sauce.
