The Olive Stall - Basil Olives

The kids favourite, the closest thing we have to a plain olive, a nice soft olive. Basil is one of the world's great culinary pleasures, used to delicious effect in Italian and Southern Asian cuisine. Fresh green olives are submerged in a brine mixture with basil and garlic to produce this wonderful tasty olive.
