The Olive Press - Creamy Hi-Oleic Peanut & Coconut Butter

Our smooth and creamy peanut & coconut butter is made with freshly milled hi-oleic peanuts roasted in our ovens in Ludlow, lightly toasted tropical coconut flakes and a dash of Himalayan pink salt, for a smooth deliciously indulgent taste.
This butter was awarded Gold in the Best New Product category at this years Ludlow Food Festival.
Why Hi Oleic Peanuts?
These peanut powerhouses are grown in the same way as conventional peanuts and contain all the natural protein, vitamins, minerals and fibre found in ordinary peanuts, but have much higher levels of monounsaturated fats (the good fats) that reduce the amount of LDL (bad cholesterol) whilst boosting the levels of HDL (good cholesterol).
Great spread on toast or added to smoothies, cakes and bakes.
