Our fish pie mix is made up of our daily off cuts which come skinned and pinned, already diced up ready to cook! Salmon, cod hake, haddock and smoked haddock are usually in the mixes.
Fish pie is one obvious use, but over time I have experimented to make a huge variety of dishes with the off cuts including:
- Fish Cakes
- Stuffed peppers with rice and a cheese and panko breadcrumb crust
- Soups
- Oriental noodle dishes
- Curries
- Pastas
- Risottos
and so much more!
INGREDIENTS - Diced white fish, loch duart salmon, chalk stream trout, smoked haddock, all skinned and ready to cook
