Tay Bees and Honey - Spring Woodland Honey

One of the favourites at markets, this delicious honey has a mild flavour with hints of fruit, nuts and molasses. The bees harvest this one predominantly from spring trees, particularly sycamore, bird cherry and top fruit. Although a liquid honey, it is thicker than some types which comes with the nectar contribution from sycamore trees.
