Straight from the Cow - Pasteurised Clotted Cream

240g of clotted cream made from our free range, fresh whole milk. Our milk comes from montbeliarde cows that are free range in Beoley, Worcestershire. The milk is pasteurised at a minimum temperature of 63*C before the cream is made. By processing the milk as little as possible we ensure the milk tastes great. This cream is perfect on strawberries or scones.
This cream can be frozen.
