Salmon Tartare – the scrape from the wild Alaskan salmon bones which really hits the spot if you’re missing sushi or sashimi. Or you can roughly chop, mix the tartare with a splash of lemon or lime juice, toasted pistachio or chopped spring onion, chives or dill, season well with salt & pepper and serve on toast
