Simply Herdwick - Real Mutton Rolled Shoulder

Mutton is becoming increasingly popular right now and we are keen for you guys to try some of our Herdwick mutton.

Matured for atleast 7 years on our lush grass and hung for 10 days to tenderise the meat, this is traditional mutton at its finest.

Rolled shoulder is a wanderful roasting joint and cooked at 150° for 45mins/450g will look stunning once served. We recomend a portion size of 200-250g/person.

Each pack comes frozen and we recommend defrosting thouroughly before cooking.
