Scotch & Co. - Vegetarian Scotch Egg

Our super popular meat free take on a scotch egg.

We use a selection of veg mixed with chickpea's and sun dried tomatoes and seasoned with a selection of herbs and spices. This is one's been growing in popularity every week since it's launch a few years ago. It's then wrapped round a soft yolked egg from Corrie Mains in Ayrshire and coated in panko breadcrumb.

Ready to eat cold or can be reheated in oven.
