Scotch & Co. - Pork & Haggis Scotch Egg
Our truly Scottish twist in the classic scotch egg.
We use outdoor bred Scottish pork from Ramsay of Carluke and mix it with some of their Gold Medal winning Haggis to make this truly Scottish scotch egg. At it's heart we still have a beautiful soft boiled egg from Corrie Mains Farm in Ayrshire.
Ready to eat or can be reheated in oven.
