Peelham Farm Produce - Organic Ruby Veal Mince

This light, nutritious, delicious and easily digestible mince is from calves which stay with their mothers and not separated at birth. This is why we have called it a 'ruby veal', as it is slightly darker than 'rose veal'. This is because the calves have spent time with their mothers and grazing naturally with the rest of the herd. Our ruby veal is high welfare, organic and pasture-for-life (i.e. they are never fed any grain)
