Peelham Farm Produce - Organic Pork Leg Escallopes

These are thinly cut frying steaks from leg of pork. A quick fry in butter with a hint of garlic and sprinkle of sage ? Or go far-Eastern and cut the escallopes into strips for a stir-fry with sesame oil and soy sauce ... and if you have it at the back of a cupboard somewhere - a slosh of Ginger Wine.
Our pork comes from our free-ranging Tamworth x Red Duroc pigs.
