Peelham Farm Produce - Organic Nduja (Mildly Smoked)

Our Nduja includes smoked pimento and cayenne. Yes it has bite to it but its not tooo savage ! So you enjoy the complex flavours and imagine you are in Southern Italy without your eyes streaming or having to rush for a glass of cold water !

Just delicious with kedgeree or a cheese toasty ... as well as in pasta and on home-made pizza. Or simply (deliciously) in one of the market Au Gourmand croissants (warmed of course !).

These will come as 100g chunks rather than the large whole cased-up salamis.
