Peelham Farm Produce - Organic Chorizo - Gluten Free

This is a small (100g) Organic Chorizo which is naturally fermented and cured in our on-farm charcuterie facility from our free-ranging pigs. It is richly flavoured with paprika and smoked paprika, Spanish Tempranillo (organic of course !), infused with fresh garlic.

It is also an award winner ! (Scotland Food and Drink Excellence Award 2015).

(The inclusion of the Tempranillo wine into our recipe introduces the ALLERGEN Sulphite to our Chorizo).
