Peelham Farm Produce - Organic Berwickshire (Cumberland-Style) Sausage Gluten-Free

Pork (from our free-ranging pigs), sage and a hint of nutmeg in a chunky casing for a hearty breakfast ! This is THE sausage to have with mash (don't forget gravy and crispy fried onions !). We don't use pre-mixes. We make all our sausage (and burger) recipes from scratch each week.

This weeks Berwickshire Sausage will have been pre-frozen. This will not affect shelf-life.
Freezing meat does not affect its nutritional value.
