Palette and Pasture Somerset Gelato - Bounty Gelato

Luxury coconut gelato made using the sweet, fresh, and unhomogenised cows milk from Pyle Farm dairy herd in Somerset.
We make a rich coconut paste from desiccated coconut and coconut cream, this is blended into our base mix. A milk chocolate is then rippled through to create the bounty bar taste.
